Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a rapidly growing e-commerce platform to recruit a Performance Marketing Lead based in Makati. You will shape growth strategy and drive customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability across digital channels in a data-driven, high-velocity environment.

You will manage paid media campaigns, analyse performance, and lead testing initiatives while mentoring junior team members. Hybrid work in Makati with strong career progression and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven performance marketing experience across paid channels, ideally in e-commerce.
• Strong track record of scaling revenue and customer acquisition.
• Advanced expertise with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with attribution, tracking, and measurement frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration.
• Mentoring or leading junior team members.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, GTM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability across digital channels.
• Manage paid media campaigns across key advertising and e-commerce platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong return on investment.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and marketing data to identify growth opportunities and optimise results.
• Lead structured testing initiatives across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing experiences to improve conversion performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives and business growth plans.
• Build and enhance performance reporting, attribution, and measurement frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Coach and support junior team members, helping establish best practices and a high-performance marketing culture.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform developments to maintain a competitive advantage and unlock new growth opportunities.
