REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst to support Performance & Total Reward programs, advising on compensation policies and driving data-driven decisions to attract and retain talent.

The role emphasizes planning, implementing, and communicating benefits and reward solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday), and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or HR.
• 3–5 years' experience as an Analyst in finance, Compensation & Benefits or HR consulting.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms to manage compensation, performance and reward activities including Workday.
• Advanced proficiency with Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint; PowerBI, etc.
• Strong data mining, analytical skills, and proficiency in use of spreadsheets required (from advanced data analysis to manipulation).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews including planning, implementation and administration of the annual processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge with C&B related processes; evaluate issues and provide problem resolution.
• Conduct complex studies and analysis for assigned countries or service lines, such as HR reporting, market survey submissions, job evaluations, benchmarking exercises.
• Research emerging market trends and changes in the regulatory environment; conduct external and internal research and summarize results for management review to support compliance work.
• Research employee benefits in similar industries and advise on changes/updates to the company's existing benefits or policies.
• Assess market-relevant compensation by participating in planning, pricing, implementation and administration of employee annual and off-cycle compensation reviews and increases; conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for appropriateness.
• Support the preparation of C&B proposals and assist country HR teams with data analytics for HR Planning as it relates to people costs.
