Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a US Senior Benefits Analyst to lead benefits operations in a hybrid role, based in Makati. The role covers payroll-related benefit deductions, ACA compliance, enrollment platforms, and data integrity across vendor integrations.

You will mentor benefit analysts, configure PrismHR modules, coordinate annual renewals, and deliver custom reports for management and clients while ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience with recruitment, compliance and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and ACA reporting.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., PrismHR) and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and HR programme implementation.
• Mentor junior benefit analysts and coordinate training.
• Manage benefits data, enrollment platforms, and vendor integrations.
• Prepare custom reports for management, vendors, and clients.
• Support annual benefits renewal and system configuration.
