Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Manager for People & Partnerships to oversee client operations and ensure high-quality service delivery at the Philippines site. You will assist clients in establishing their local operations and drive growth while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role leads a team of Account Managers and Specialists, focusing on performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; graduate studies will be an advantage
• 3–5 years experience as Operations Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while delivering excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Oversee a set of clients and deliver EBITDA, client growth, reduced attrition, and NPS/ENPS scores
• Assist clients in setting up Philippines operations and drive growth
• Oversee People & Partnerships team and ensure development to be the best partner for clients
• Contribute input to policies and processes to improve the company
