Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a People & Partnership Account Manager to oversee client operations and ensure high-quality delivery of services. You will be the primary client contact coordinating with Microsourcing departments and services, assisting clients in setting up their Philippines operations and driving growth in client operations.

The role requires managing offshore teams, coordinating KPIs, and maintaining operational schedules while supporting staff and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team as lead/supervisor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Willing to cover other shifts and dependable.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment and follow supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by client or MS.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Conduct coaching sessions and apply corrective actions.
• Track daily attendance and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Enforce client-defined policies, deadlines, and standards.
• Handle staff and client inquiries and issues.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to client operations.
• Report to Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
• Disseminate updates on policies and company events to staff.
• Create and maintain schedules for outsourced staff in coordination with client.
• Prepare management reports including attendance, trends, and scheduling data.
• Develop reports to improve offshore project planning and performance.
