• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate studies advantageous.
• 3–5 years experience as Operations Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of assigned clients and ensure service quality.
