Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Manager for People & Partnerships to oversee client operations in the Philippines, drive growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role includes setting up client operations, implementing performance management, and maintaining regulatory compliance across the site.

You will lead a team of Account Managers and Specialists, mentor staff, and shape policies to improve the operation, while collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree; graduate studies advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience as Operations Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with positive attitude and customer service.
• Excellent English communication (written and oral).
• Reliable to be at work during assigned shifts.
• Team player in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a set of clients and deliver EBITDA, client growth, attrition reduction, and Net Promoter Scores.
• Assist clients in setting up Philippines operations and implement performance management and engagement activities.
• Oversee People & Partnerships team and ensure ongoing development to be the best partner for clients.
• Contribute input to policies and processes to improve the company.
