Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Manager for People & Partnerships to oversee client operations and ensure delivery quality across the Philippines operation. You will assist clients in setting up their Philippines operations and drive growth while ensuring site compliance and strong governance.

The role leads the People & Partnerships team, mentors Account Managers and Specialists, and collaborates with senior management to develop policies, manage performance, and deliver EBITDA

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, graduate studies will be an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years experience as Operations Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Oversee a set of specific clients and deliver EBITDA, client growth and satisfaction metrics.
• Assist clients in setting up Philippines operations and implement performance management and recognition initiatives.
• Oversee the People & Partnerships team and ensure continuous development to be the best partner for clients.
• Provide input to policies and processes to improve the company.
• Grow client operations and review operation structures to identify improvements.
• Ensure site health, safety, compliance and effective site management.
