Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support core People Services activities, ensuring accurate and timely employee lifecycle tasks, inquiries, documentation, and HR system updates.

The role requires highly organized, detail-oriented, service-minded individuals who can manage repeatable administrative processes in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Recruiting Ops, IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR shared services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Experience supporting HR systems, ticketing tools, shared inboxes, trackers or workflows; Workday and ServiceNow preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Co-Pilot helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for standard employee lifecycle processes (pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding).
• Triage, track, and respond to employee/manager requests via ServiceNow or other intake channels.
• Prepare and maintain employee lifecycle documentation (templates, letters, checklists, forms).
• Support Workday tasks, including data entry, transactions, and record updates.
• Provide administrative support for platforms like Culture Amp and LearnUpon; manage user access and content updates.
• Assist onboarding by coordinating steps and updating records, collaborating with Recruiting Ops, IT, Payroll, and others.
• Support offboarding by tracking actions, coordinating handoffs, and ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support data audits for quality and compliance.
• Help maintain process documentation and knowledge articles for the People Services team.
