Job summary

KMC Solutions in Pampanga is seeking a People Experience Coordinator to support payroll processes and employee lifecycle management in a multi-entity environment. The role offers hybrid flexibility with 2x onsite per week.

You will coordinate payroll across entities, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and provide service-oriented support to employees using enterprise systems and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of AU/NZ payroll

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating payroll processes in multi-entity or trans-Tasman environment.
• Working knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand payroll requirements, or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes (onboarding and offboarding).
• Strong proficiency with enterprise systems and Microsoft Office tools.
