Job summary

Focusinc Group Corp. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support essential HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, and partner with Payroll and Benefits to ensure timely data for payroll processing.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, COEs, and employee inquiries while driving continuous improvement in HR workflows and digital tools such as Rippling and SweldoMo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field and 1–3 years in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR documentation is a plus.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and payroll systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding, coordinating with TA for smooth experience.
• Coordinate offboarding, clearances, and exit interviews when applicable.
• Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS and platforms.
• Collaborate with Payroll and CompBen for data submission for payroll.
• Process employment movements and updates with proper documentation.
• Maintain 201 files and employee records in compliance with policies.
• Prepare COEs and other employment documents as requested.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely HR operations support.
• Conduct periodic HR records audits and data corrections.
• Prepare HR operations reports and trackers for workforce management.
• Support process improvements and HR system implementations (Rippling, SweldoMo).
• Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to HR leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely HR transactions.
