PM Consulting is seeking a Senior People and Culture Operations Manager in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end HR operations, advisory support, and compliance across multiple locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach a high-performing group, and drive improvements in HR service delivery while maintaining policy standards and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 10 years of HR experience, including around 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience using HR case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations cases and inquiries.
• Experience working in multi-location or global environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI and digital tools in HR operations (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and systems thinking skills.
• Proven ability to coach, lead teams, and manage ambiguity.
