Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in the Philippines seeks a Senior Payroll Supervisor to oversee end-to-end payroll for U.S.-based employees. You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as SME for US payroll across multi-state operations.

Responsibilities include audits, issue resolution, and driving process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Strong experience with Workday, UKG, and ServiceNow is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a payroll processing role.
• 4 years’ experience processing large volume, multi-state payroll.
• 3+ years leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Workday payroll processing experience.
• UKG Time and Attendance systems experience.
• Compass Service Management (ServiceNow) preferred.
• HRTS or other payroll systems experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and US payroll terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S.-based employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and coach a team of payroll processors with onboarding and development.
• Act as SME for U.S. payroll, coordinating with GCC and stateside teams.
• Ensure audit readiness and respond to inquiries via phone or ticket systems.
• Review outputs, audits, and reports; correct errors before finalization.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement and automation.
