Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing and reporting for the Shared Services operations in the Philippines.
• Define and oversee payroll processing activities and team responsibilities within payroll controls.
• Manage employee time entry, earnings, deductions, and tax compliance; respond to payroll inquiries.
• Develop tax plans, calculate and remit payroll taxes, and produce annual tax statements.
• Support organizational effectiveness and drive key initiatives across the GBC.
