Curran Daly & Associates is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across the Philippines, United States and Belize. You will lead a major payroll migration and drive process improvements, automation, and QA to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will head the Manila payroll team, collaborate with US stakeholders and align with regional initiatives, working a hybrid schedule in Pasig.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on end-to-end payroll experience.
• 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong experience managing multi-country payroll, with US payroll experience required.
• Working knowledge of Philippine and US payroll requirements and compliance.
• Proven experience leading projects, process improvements, system enhancements, or payroll transitions.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, quality assurance, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Dayforce is highly relevant; familiarity with EasyPay or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

• Ensure consistent standards across countries.
• Partner with senior Finance stakeholders based in the US.
• Work the night shift aligned with US stakeholders.
