Job summary

Gatestone in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursements. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws, government contributions, and tax rules, with oversight of remittances, audits, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Workforce Management, Operations, HR and Finance, coach payroll staff, generate reports, and safeguard confidential payroll data.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive payroll experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws and government contributions.
• Experience in high-volume payroll in BPO/shared services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll processing to ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Validate payroll data including attendance, timesheets, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations.
• Oversee government remittances, reports, and filings.
• Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.
• Coach and guide payroll team members.
