Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and payroll for a diverse workforce in the Philippines.

The role requires hands-on SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG administration, accuracy in gross-to-net computations, and strict adherence to statutory requirements. You will coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure timely payroll processing, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years end-to-end Philippine compensation, benefits, and payroll administration experience.
• including gross-to-net computation, final pay, statutory deductions, compensation related withholding tax, reconciliation, and compliance documentation.
• Compensation, benefits, and payroll administration for a workforce that includes regular, project-based, fixed-term, and consultant engagements.
• Coordination with external accounting, payroll, tax, benefits, legal, or compliance partners while retaining clear internal ownership.
• Preparation of payroll dashboards, management summaries, audit schedules, and process-control documentation.
