Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end monthly payroll, ensure accurate salary payments, and maintain payroll records for employees. The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore CPF, IRAS requirements and travel/expense claims processing.

You will handle new hires, salary changes, deductions, bonuses, overtime and terminations, while coordinating with external providers and ensuring statutory reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably with Singapore payroll processing.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore CPF, IRAS payroll requirements and statutory deductions.
• Experience handling employee travel and expense claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
• Maintain and verify employee payroll records including new hires, salary changes, allowances, deductions, bonuses, overtime and leave adjustments.
• Process employee movements such as new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and investigate discrepancies before payroll submission.
• Prepare payroll reports and payroll-related information for Finance and management.
• Liaise with external payroll providers or vendors as applicable.
• Manage monthly CPF submissions and ensure accurate employer and employee contributions.
• Process and administer statutory deductions and government reporting (IR8A, IR21).
• Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) claims process, verification, approval and reimbursement.
