Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a Payroll Analyst to analyze and validate payroll results across APAC markets. You will conduct post-payroll audits, prepare metrics, and track discrepancies using advanced reporting tools and macros.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting or a related field and 5+ years’ multi-country payroll experience, with knowledge of ADP GlobalView, Streamline, and eTime. Strong Excel skills and project management ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR or related field with 5+ years APAC payroll experience.
• Certification or experience in multi-country payrolls is a plus.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and timekeeping tools (ADP GlobalView, Streamline, eTime) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll results for all country scope using reports and macros.
• Complete post payroll audits, prepare metrics, and track errors.
• Review and improve payroll processes to standardize and mitigate risks.
