Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in PH, SG, and AU in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and final pay.
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records, benefits, and statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors for payroll execution and compliance.
  • Stay updated on tax and labor laws in PH, SG, and AU.
  • Prepare and file government-mandated reports and remittances.
  • Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support audits by preparing and validating required documentation.
  • Contribute to the migration from manual payroll processes to automation by collaborating with HRIS and Finance teams to integrate payroll operations with the Bill platform.
  • Participate in system testing, data validation, and process re-design activities.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ payroll experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Strong knowledge ofPH payroll, with familiarity in SG and AU payroll practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll/HRIS systems and MS Excel.
  • Experience in payroll system migration, automation, or integration with financial platforms such asBillis an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
