Job summary

iScale Solutions is hiring a senior PH payroll specialist to run end-to-end payroll for multiple client companies from the Philippines. You will manage 13th month pay, year-end annualization, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and prepare BIR filings and alphalist/2316.

You will validate results, explain calculations clearly, and collaborate with developers to test payroll features before release. Remote work offered; 5+ years PH payroll experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on PH payroll experience.
• Strong command of PH labor and tax rules for payroll.
• Clear communicator, able to explain “why” a number is what it is.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Experience at a payroll software company is a plus.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on PH payroll experience.
  

• Strong command of PH labor and tax rules for payroll.
  

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and payroll/HRIS systems (Odoo is a plus).
  

• Clear communicator, able to explain “why” a number is what it is.
  

• Experience at a payroll software company (implementation, support, or payroll operations) is a plus.
  

• Singapore payroll experience (CPF, SDL) is a plus.
