Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive (Payroll | HR Operations) in Singapore. Location: Toa Payoh. Permanent role with standard hours: 5 days, 8.30am–5.45pm. Salary up to S$4,200 basic, plus 14 days annual leave, dental benefits and medical insurance.

The role covers payroll, onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with MOM and Singapore Employment Act. Diploma/degree in HR required, minimum 2 years HR experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll and work pass administration would be advantageous.
• Exposure to Learning & Development or training coordination preferred.
• ISO 13485 knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum HR operations including payroll, leave, benefits, work passes, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support manpower planning, HR reporting, confirmation, contract renewal, salary review and performance appraisal exercises.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore Employment Act and MOM requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and coordinate annual training plans.
• Maintain training records, training matrix, grants, claims and sponsorship matters.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc duties.
