Job summary

Ubiquity seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end U.S. payroll across multiple states and global staff. You will partner with People and Legal teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing while managing audits, reconciliations, and payroll tax obligations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with payroll systems such as Rippling and NetSuite. CPP certification is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on U.S. payroll experience with multi-state responsibility.
• Experience administering payroll with a outsourced provider or PEO is preferred.
• CPP designation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration and review of U.S. payroll for employees across states and global locations.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits, reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain payroll calendars, ensure on-time processing, and support year-end filings.
