Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end U.S. payroll processing for employees across multiple states. You will perform audits, reconciliations, and ensure on-time payroll deliveries while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.

You’ll partner with People and Legal teams to manage payroll tax implications and coordinate with Rippling and other providers for registrations and filings. Strong analytical skills and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on U.S. payroll experience.
• Experience administering payroll for employees across multiple states and local jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll taxes, wage-hour requirements, and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration and review of U.S. payroll for employees across states.
• Perform pre-payroll audits and post-payroll reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate payroll tax registrations and filings with relevant providers.
