Job summary

Alta Resources is seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to manage global payroll operations, with emphasis on US payroll and cross-border processes. The role requires accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll master data, performing end-to-end payroll for the US and other locations, coordinating audits, and delivering reconciliations and government reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years global payroll experience with 500+ employees across PH and US required; 1,000+ employees across multiple countries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and Accounting in wage and salary administration and general ledger.
• Ensure global payroll compliance and reduce costs through platform innovations.
• Lead payroll data inputs and end-to-end US and international payroll processing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports.
• Coordinate payroll audits and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations and term checks as needed.
• Conduct payroll orientation for employees and leaders.
