Job summary

HireMe.ph in the Philippines is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to manage monthly payroll, administer taxes, social benefits, and maintain payroll records. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong knowledge of payroll processes.

You will respond to employee inquiries, ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and support related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of payroll experience.
• Contract drafting and review experience.
• Employment law knowledge.
• Independent payroll management experience.
• Experience with NexHRIS is an advantage.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer payroll taxes, social insurance, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
