Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Payroll Officer to oversee payroll processing and timely remittance of government-mandated contributions, in coordination with HR. The role focuses on accurate payroll, posting of contributions, and reconciliation with agencies and banks.

You will work with HR for timekeeping, handle deductions (SSS, PHIC, PAGIBIG), loans, and cash advances, compute 13th month pay and final settlements, and distribute payslips while ensuring compliance and timely

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Human Resources Department (HRD) for the timekeeping.
• Processes payroll by generating payroll register from the Company’s payroll system.
• Ensures correct entries in the payroll system including but is not limited to, government-mandated (SSS/ PHIC/ PAGIBIG) deductions, SSS / Pagibig loans, and cash advances. This includes proper documentation such as Payroll report and vouchers.
• Processes end to end computation, remittance, updating and auditing of government-mandated (SSS/ PHIC/ PAGIBIG) deductions, SSS / Pagibig loans, and cash advances including bank related processes
• Ensure all payment related to her duties and remitted on a timely manner
• Ensures that Net Pay tallies with the Bank Payment Transmittal.
• Distributes Payslips to Employees.
• Computes and analyzes sales commission/incentives and other benefits
• Computes Leave Conversion.
• Computes 13th month pay and other benefits.
• Computes and prepares last / final pay computation of separated employees.
• Ensures that all employees compensation (and other form of compensation) pass through the proper approval (HRD and President).
• Prepares necessary Adjusting Entries and forwards to Disbursement Team for proper entry in the Accounting System.
