Job summary

TOA Global, based in Clark, Philippines, is seeking a meticulous Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer to manage Australian payrolls and high-volume supplier accounts. The role requires interpreting complex Enterprise Agreements and Awards, processing weekly wages, and overseeing up to 1,500 monthly AP invoices in MYOB with rigorous supplier reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Australian payroll administration and AP roles.
• Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements and construction industry awards.
• Proficiency with MYOB and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly wages and fortnightly salaries for Australian payrolls; interpret agreements, manage timesheets and leave accruals; STP compliance.
• Handle up to 1,500 supplier invoices monthly; end-to-end AP entry, electronic payments, and GL/job-code allocations.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve vendor queries.
• Process weekly/monthly supplier payments within terms and manage foreign currency transactions.
