Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer in Clark, Philippines, onsite. You will manage complex Australian payrolls, interpret Enterprise Agreements and Awards, and handle high-volume supplier invoices in MYOB, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will ensure STP compliance, manage redundancies/superannuation, perform supplier reconciliations, and support the finance team in a fast-paced construction-related environment.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience: 3–5 years in Australian payroll administration.
• Accounts Payable experience: 3–5 years in high-volume AP roles.
• Proficiency with MYOB and intermediate Excel skills.
• Sector knowledge: Australian construction/mining/oil and gas preferred.
• Core competencies: attention to detail, numeracy, confidentiality, strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process complex Australian payrolls including Enterprise Agreements, STP, and allowances.
• Perform high-volume AP processing (up to 1,500 invoices/month) with accurate GL allocations.
• Execute supplier payments and reconcilations; manage foreign currency transactions and vendor queries.
