Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer to manage complex Australian payrolls and high-volume supplier accounts from our Clark, Philippines office. This onsite, full-time role requires accurate processing of weekly wages, STP compliance, and detailed supplier reconciliations in MYOB, emphasizing Australian contracts and awards.

You will collaborate with finance teams, handle multi-code allocations, ensure confidentiality, and deliver timely payments and precise reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Australian payroll administration experience.
• 3 to 5 years in high-volume accounts payable roles.

Responsibilities

• Process complex Australian payrolls and high-volume supplier invoices in MYOB.
• Handle supplier statement reconciliations and PO-free approvals.
• Process weekly wages, STP compliance, and complex allowances.
• Manage payments to suppliers within credit terms and perform currency handling.
