Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an accurate, organized Assistant Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations in Manila. You will own full-cycle accounts receivable and payable, perform GL reconciliations, and manage weekly payroll using MYOB and AlayaCare, working onsite during Australian-aligned daytime hours.

You will collaborate with onshore teams to ensure smooth financial workflows, accurate reporting, and timely service to clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting and payroll experience.
• Proficient in MYOB and AlayaCare or similar rostering systems.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounts receivable and payable, GL reconciliations, and weekly payroll processing.
• Enter supplier invoices and allocate costs with correct codes; manage client recharges.
• Prepare remittance advices and support monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and variances; ensure timely stakeholder communication.
