Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Payroll Officer in Clark, Philippines to support end-to-end Australian payroll operations. You will manage weekly pay runs, interpret Modern Awards and EBAs, lodge STP reports, and perform month-end reconciliations for medium-to-large workforce operations.

Experience with PayGlobal, PeopleSoft, ADP, Pronto, or JD Edwards and strong Excel skills are required. This role offers a daytime schedule and onsite work in Clark.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solid experience in payroll processing.
• Experience interpreting Australian Modern Awards and EBAs.
• Proficient knowledge of Australian taxation, superannuation, and statutory reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing: timely and accurate weekly pay runs aligned with contracts, EBAs, and awards.
• STP & Statutory Compliance: lodge STP reports and handle payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG, and other deductions.
• Employee Lifecycle & Records: hire setup, terminations, file maintenance, and payroll inquiries handling.
• Month-End & Executive Reporting: monthly leave reports, headcount summaries, Board Pack prep, year-end reconciliations.
