Job summary

Inchcape Digital, part of Inchcape, is hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead our digital campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and programmatic channels. You’ll ensure accurate tagging, optimize performance, and manage budgets with a data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver regular campaign insights, run monthly A/B tests, and drive growth while maintaining strong client-facing communication and Excel-based reporting in a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic buying.
• Fluent in Google Analytics 4 and metrics analysis.
• Client-facing experience and strong soft skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless implementation of digital campaigns with correct UTM tagging.
• Generate campaign optimizations based on daily results (keywords, CPC, CPA changes).
• Deliver performance results daily, weekly, monthly.
• Conduct monthly A/B testing and optimization projects.
• Meet targets and participate in client-facing meetings.
• Manage digital marketing budget per media plan.
