Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to own growth across a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You will develop and lead paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.

You will determine budget allocations, prioritize audiences and creatives, and balance short-term performance with a scalable acquisition engine. You will work with cross-functional teams to turn insights into practical recommendations and own client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid media or growth marketing experience.
• Significant experience managing ecommerce clients.
• Hands-on with Meta, Google, and TikTok ads.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Balance short-term performance with a scalable acquisition engine.
• Monitor performance with Analysts and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Lead testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, and offers.
• Partner with Creative to translate data into briefs and strategy.
• Manage client relationships and present strategic recommendations.
