Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking a Digital Media Planning & Implementation Specialist to plan, implement, optimise and report on paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube from a remote setup.

You will drive brand awareness, acquisition and retention while working with a distributed team of digital experts. The role requires 5+ years in paid media, strong analytics, and the ability to partner with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience with multiple channels: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic.
• Strong ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights for clients.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, present and articulate media plans aligned with client objectives.
• Execute and optimize campaigns across Search, Social, Video and Display channels.
• Analyze performance data to derive strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with account management to deliver client WIPs and reporting.
• Support client success with technical analysis and rapid responses to inquiries.
• Advise clients on digital landscape changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Work with team to explore partnerships and expand service offerings.
