Job summary

Staff X is seeking a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to own end-to-end campaign management for Google and Meta across a live client portfolio. You will drive strategy input, hands-on execution, and reliable attribution, collaborating with account managers and cross-functional teams.

This remote role offers flexible work from home and a competitive compensation package for experienced practitioners with a strong agency background in eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and GTM in a live client portfolio.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment is required.
• Proven track record delivering paid campaigns for eCommerce and lead gen clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Remarketing.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for eCommerce and lead gen clients.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking with GTM and GA4.
• Interpret performance metrics and produce reports for account managers.
• Collaborate with account managers to contribute to campaign strategy and delivery.
• Work with designers, landing page builders, SEO, and sales to support integrated campaigns.
• Manage Google Merchant Center and Meta Business Manager configurations.
