Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels. This remote, part-time role requires data-driven decision-making and strong collaboration with marketing teams to maximize ROI.

You will oversee budgets, perform A/B tests, analyze key metrics, and mentor junior team members. Australian time zone availability is preferred for coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; experience with TikTok Ads and other platforms is an advantage.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and other advertising KPIs.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels.
• Create and execute data-driven paid media strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while reducing inefficient ad spend.
• Collaborate with creative, content, e-commerce, and marketing teams to develop high-converting ads.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on advertising platform changes, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, pixel, conversion API, and campaign-related issues when needed.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior paid ads specialists.
