Ally is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google and more. You own channel performance, manage spend, report results daily, and partner with creative and agency teams to optimize campaigns.

You combine data chops with initiative, and you will iterate on tests, scale winners, and ensure no billing or policy issues disrupt campaigns. This fully remote role operates across Asia time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid media across multiple platforms.
• Ability to read and explain performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and testing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of assigned ad channels; manage spend, accounts, and billing safeguards.
• Build and maintain daily funnel reports; provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal creatives to launch and optimize content.
• Monitor policy changes to prevent disruptions; flag risks early.
