Reach Digital is a fully remote AI-first performance marketing agency that partners with eCommerce and digital product brands to scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages. You will own the creative end-to-end, researching, developing ad angles, writing briefs, and collaborating with editors and growth/design teams for brand partners.

The role emphasizes analyzing performance, building living strategy docs, and staying on top of platform trends to drive winning ads across 3-5 brands

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understand paid media and content that converts.
• Brainstorm ad angles and concepts, then bring them to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Communicate learnings with team members and clients.
• Passionate about creative strategy and staying on top of trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles and hook variations, and write briefs weekly.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners, with a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends and translate into testable concepts.
• Manage 3-5 brand partners simultaneously with deep creative focus.
