Job summary

Offshore 24/7 is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own our paid acquisition marketing—Google Ads and Meta Ads—from strategy through to reporting, with a direct line to our CEO. This is an in-house role focused on our own performance marketing, not client campaigns.

You'll plan campaigns, allocate budgets, track results with GA4 and GTM, run A/B tests, and turn data into executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in paid media/performance marketing.
• Experience working with Australian/US/UK clients or offshore setups.
• Hands-on experience managing live campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, plus at least one reporting/BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Own monthly ad budget allocation and be accountable for CPA, ROAS and lead-volume targets.
• Build and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, conversions, UTMs) and keep it accurate.
• Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Turn campaign data into executive-ready reports and recommendations for the CEO.
• Stay ahead of platform shifts and flag opportunities or risks.
