Algofy is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead a cross-functional pod of marketing specialists and set strategic direction for multiple client portfolios. You will ensure paid media, SEO, content, CRM, analytics, and conversion optimization align with client business goals.

You will own client relationships, drive multi-channel campaigns, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations, while mentoring team members and coordinating with offshore or distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid media and digital marketing experience.
• Agency experience and leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and multi-channel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional pod of marketing specialists.
• Develop integrated 360° marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Align paid media, SEO, content, CRM, analytics, and optimization.
• Present strategic recommendations and manage client expectations.
• Lead strategy calls, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
