LionHead Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping law firms across the United States dominate their markets through advanced SEO, paid ads, and AI-powered strategies.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our Paid Media team, own Google Ads and PPC campaigns, and drive qualified leads for clients at controlled costs. You’ll coach the team, improve processes, and own metrics from CPL to conversion tracking accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads / PPC management, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years leading or managing a Marketing, Paid Media, PPC, or Digital Marketing team.
• Proven track record managing multiple accounts with measurable results.
• Deep expertise in campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword match types, and Quality Score optimization.
• Strong command of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and CRM attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own PPC strategy and campaign setup from fulfillment-ready stage.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Paid Media team to meet performance goals.
• Validate Google Ads, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and landing pages before launch.
• Launch campaigns on timelines and optimize keywords, bids, budgets, and negatives.
• Track spend, CPL, conversions, CTR, and Quality Score; report with action plans.
• Coordinate across Client Success, SEO, Web, and Operations for alignment.
