Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Paid Media & Social Media Manager for remote opportunities supporting Australian clients worldwide. You will lead campaigns, optimise performance, and report results from day one, working across Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on ROAS and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media, performance marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven experience building and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, optimisation and reporting.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and organic content.
• The ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions without constant direction.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Experience working with Australian businesses or clients.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop paid media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, creative testing and ongoing optimisation.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions and other key performance metrics.
• Manage organic social media activity across relevant platforms.
• Develop social media content calendars and coordinate creative requirements.
• Analyse paid and organic campaign performance.
• Prepare clear reports, insights and recommendations for clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic, leads, enquiries, bookings and conversions.
• Collaborate with web, creative, content and client management teams.
• Manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
