Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel outbound pipeline for luxury, premium market clients. You will identify ICP-fit accounts, drive qualified discovery calls, and contribute to revenue growth through highly personalized outreach.

In this full-time remote role, you’ll craft outreach sequences, manage target lists in Attio CRM, and collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation.
• Experience selling marketing, branding, or agency services.
• Fluent English communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Book 8–12 qualified discovery meetings per month with Director-level and executive buyers.
• Maintain a 70%+ show rate on sourced meetings.
• Build and manage target account lists within Attio CRM.
• Execute personalized outbound campaigns through LinkedIn outreach and cold emails.
• Research prospects to ensure relevance and personalization.
• Engage luxury brands aligned with ICP.
• Respond to inbound interest within 2 hours during business hours.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with notes, statuses, and next steps.
