Huzzle seeks a driven Sales Development Representative to join an international client in the solar/renewable energy sector. You will lead outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and schedule demos for Account Executives.

This fully remote role requires 2+ years in SDR or outbound sales, solid CRM experience, and strong communication. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build pipeline and hit targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR / outbound sales.
• Experience in solar or adjacent industries.
• Proven cold calling, lead generation and pipeline building.
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Remote work capability and target-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and engage decision-makers in residential and commercial solar markets.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and sales readiness.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach strategies.
• Stay up to date on solar industry trends and incentives.
