Job summary

TASQ in Pasay is seeking a seasoned BPO supervisor to lead our onsite outbound sales team at MOA Pasay. You will coach agents, monitor performance, and help the group deliver consistent, high-quality sales conversations.

In this role you will partner with operations, shape training programs, provide actionable feedback after calls, and mentor reps to reach aggressive targets in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of BPO outbound sales experience.
Experience as Supervisor or Team Leader.
Coaching, developing, and mentoring agents to unlock potential.
Outstanding communication that inspires collaboration.

Responsibilities

Coaching and development: Deliver personalized coaching sessions regularly to elevate agent skills, boost productivity, and sharpen sales techniques.
Performance management: Keep a close eye on daily KPIs, quality benchmarks, and sales figures, and proactively implement strategies to ensure your team consistently hits their targets.
Team leadership: Inspire and lead B2B sales representatives to excel and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Quality evaluation: Dive into sales calls and interactions to provide insightful and actionable feedback that drives success.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations and management to bring sales strategies to life and drive impactful training programs.
