Job summary

eTap Inc. in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to lead development initiatives that boost employee growth, performance, and engagement. The role designs, implements, and evaluates training programs and change management efforts to align with business goals.

The position collaborates with HR and cross-functional teams to deliver targeted programs, measure outcomes with surveys and dashboards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in HR, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or Employee Engagement.
• Experience designing needs assessments, facilitating training, and implementing change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and rolling out organizational development initiatives and change management strategies.
• Coordinate culture-building and employee engagement activities.
• Provide facilitation support during workshops and team-building sessions.
• Design organization-wide development and training programs and communication strategies.
• Assist in implementing new systems and processes to improve effectiveness.
• Develop tools to help managers lead through change.
• Support in conducting training needs analyses and coordinating schedules and logistics.
• Gather post-training data and prepare reports for review.
• Develop evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness and analyze outcomes.
