Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an OD Specialist in the Philippines to design and improve organizational development initiatives that strengthen culture and leadership capability. You will drive action planning from employee surveys and partner with HR and business leaders to implement impactful people programs.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, and involves facilitating workshops, managing change activities, and driving stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s or OD certifications are a plus.
• Strong facilitation and workshop delivery experience.
• Proven ability to translate survey results into action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD programs, including performance management, onboarding, and culture initiatives.
• Develop action plans from EOS results and track progress.
• Facilitate leadership development and change management activities.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to implement OD interventions.
• Manage project timelines, materials, and stakeholder communications.
