Qualifications

• 6-9 years of Change Management experience.
• Experience in HR Transformation and ERP Transformation projects.
• Experience in global client projects and cross-cultural teams.
• Strong change strategy, communications and training design experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality change management outputs for projects.
• Act as SME in HR-related areas for client teams.
• Lead client communications and build relationships across locations.
• Support thought leadership, tools, and methodologies within the practice.
• Collaborate with EY global offices to grow the change management practice.
• Develop change management capability within the GDS organization.
