Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of HR Organizational Development experience.
• 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Tech or IT industry background required.
• Strong skills in organizational design, culture transformation, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational effectiveness strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead initiatives related to talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability development.
• Conduct organizational assessments and recommend process and structural improvements.
• Drive employee engagement programs and organizational culture initiatives.
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational alignment.
• Manage change management activities during organizational transitions and transformation programs.
• Establish competency frameworks and performance development strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate OD program effectiveness through analytics and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the OD team in delivering strategic HR initiatives.
